    'My' Biennale

    八月快结束了，但愿这闷热的气候也是。
    渐渐地，忙到开始忘了吃饭，忘了该下班回家了，才发现，再怎么肯做、想做，光靠几个人是不够的。
    办公室里越来越多新面孔，接下来也会有些朋友以各种形式参与进来，一下子，双年展似乎从“我的工作”变成了“我的事”的感觉，挺好~
    只是，这逐渐壮大的团队，为何还是99%为女性呢？
    最近在法国Pompidou推出了最大全女性艺术家展“她们@蓬皮杜”，似乎所谓的女性艺术力量又一次被聚焦了~~
    再看看我们的团队，从1个男总策展人+4个女策展人的组合，再到整个团队里的性别构成，女性力量占据了比99%还多的重要地位!
    好吧，我们的队伍很强大很国际化嘛~~~当然，还是需要适当的调整失调状况……
    随着各个项目的开始运转，以及大部分方案的浮出水面，艰难的日子开始了，同时也开始喜欢上这个事情了，一个庞大的文化工程。
    我有信心我们可以端出一盘好菜。
